Actividad formativa: Lectura de Tesis Doctoral

Actividad  obligatoria Metodología y documentación científica/Mandatory activity “Scientific Methodology and Documentation”

Ya está preparado el seminario correspondiente a la actividad  obligatoria Metodología y documentación científica.  Esta actividad es obligatoria para todos los estudiantes de primera matrícula y para los que no pudieron cursarlo en ediciones anteriores. Es convalidable con:

• Curso del ICE "Bases Metodológicas y de Documentación para la Investigación Científica"
• Si se tiene alguna publicación científica (artículo,  acta de congreso, capítulo de libro o similar) a lo largo del primer curso de matrícula de la Tesis Doctoral.

El seminario está organizado por el personal de la Biblioteca de la ETSIAE,  se realiza en formato online, podéis seguirlo a vuestro ritmo dentro de unas fechas y os convocarán a tres reuniones a través de la plataforma Teams para desarrollar algunos casos prácticos. 

Los estudiantes que vayáis a asistir a esta edición tenéis que contestar SÍ en la consulta abierta en Moodle “Metodología y documentación científica/Scientific Methodology and Documentation” . La consulta se cerrará el16 de febrero.  Se os dará de alta en un curso de Moodle para poder seguir el seminario.

The seminar corresponding to the mandatory activity “Scientific Methodology and Documentation” is now ready. This activity is compulsory for all first-year doctoral students and for those who were unable to take it in previous editions. It can be validated with:

• The ICE course “Bases Metodológicas y de Documentación para la Investigación Científica”,

• Or if you have at least one scientific publication (journal article, conference proceeding, book chapter, or similar) during the first year of your PhD.

The seminar is organized by the staff of the ETSIAE Library. It is held online, you can follow it at your own pace within a set time frame, and you will be invited to three meetings via the Teams platform to work on some practical case studies. 

Currently, the materials are in Spanish. We will try to translate all the materials for future editions. We understand that it may be difficult for you to follow the course, and we will look for alternative options. 

Students who plan to attend this edition in Spanish must answer YES to the inquiry in Moodle: "Metodología y documentación científica/Scientific Methodology and Documentation". You will then be enrolled in a Moodle course in order to follow the seminar. Students who are unable to follow the course in Spanish must answer "No, because the course is in Spanish" . The inquiry will close on February 16.
