• Mejorar la capacidad de Relación de los equipos de trabajo
• Saber enfrentarse al nuevo contexto de la era digital
• Favorecer el proceso de Transformación dirigido a generar el cambio de los participante

Hackathon Engage 2 (ZAGREB) Octubre 2026 

• We are pleased to announce that registration is officially open for the Engage 2 Hackathon, taking place from 20 to 21 October 2026 in Zagreb, Croatia. Registration closes strictly on 7 September 2026 at 11:59pm CET. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible teams.  All detailed guidelines, eligibility criteria, and the official application form are hosted on our dedicated Wiki platform: https://wikiengagektn.com/hackathons/

• Organised by the SESAR projects Engage 2 and AWARE, this intensive 24-hour competition challenges the next generation of aviation talent to develop innovative digital solutions for Air Traffic Management.

  Participants will work in teams of 2 to 4 to solve a predictive ATM task using a dedicated dataset provided by the organisers.  To support our participants, the organisers will fully cover one night’s hotel accommodation at the iNova Hotel in Zagreb and scheduled meals during the event. Please note that participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Croatia.

  Apart from the opportunity to network with top-tier ATM experts, the winning team will receive the ultimate Airspace World 2027 Pack, which includes an all-expenses-paid trip to Airspace World 2027 in Lisbon, Portugal, alongside exclusive networking opportunities with industry CEOs.

  Key Requirements & How to Apply

  1. Eligibility: Open to all nationalities. Participants must be 18 or older and have fewer than five years of professional work experience (time spent in a PhD programme does not count towards this limit).
